Sage is a product of Cablelytics Labs LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using Sage, you agree to the following Terms of Service which govern your use of all Sage services, including the web app, mobile apps, and any related tools and features. By creating an account or using Sage, you acknowledge and accept these terms and agree to comply with them. Please review these terms regularly to ensure you are aware of any changes.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Sage, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the legal age in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree with these terms or the Sage Privacy Policy, you must not use our services.

2. Data collection and usage

Sage collects and processes personal data including your name, email address, phone number, preferences, survey responses, app activity, location (if granted), and subscription details.

In the event your account is terminated by you or by Sage, these terms continue and remain enforceable between you and Cablelytics Labs LLC. Your information will be maintained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and this Terms of Service.

6. Intellectual property and proprietary features

All Sage features, technology, and content are the intellectual property of Cablelytics Labs LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of Sage without explicit written permission. Any feedback or ideas submitted to Sage become property of Cablelytics Labs LLC with no obligation to compensate.

7. Disclaimers and limitations

Sage is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for service outages, third-party failures, data loss, or misuse. You agree to hold Cablelytics Labs LLC harmless from any claims arising from use or misuse of the platform.

8. Termination and data deletion

You may delete your account at any time. Cablelytics Labs LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or for any business reason. Data may be retained after account deletion as required for compliance and business records.

9. Changes to terms

We may change or update these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of Sage after changes means you agree to the updated terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Georgia.
