Community Standards

Sage is a product of Cablelytics Labs LLC. Our mission is to help couples build deeper connections through meaningful ideas, thoughtful interaction, and positive engagement. These Community Standards outline how users are expected to use the Sage app and provide clarity on the points system and the differences between free and premium access.

Respectful Use of the Platform

All users are expected to:

• Use Sage in a respectful and constructive way
• Refrain from submitting harmful, inappropriate, offensive, or explicit content
• Not violate any local, state, or federal laws while using Sage
• Avoid impersonating others or sharing misleading information
• Not harass or abuse any other users
   

Adult content, hate speech, threats, illegal activity, and content intended to deceive or harm others are strictly prohibited. Sage reserves the right to remove any content or suspend accounts that violate these expectations.

Points System

Sage rewards users with points for engaging with the app. These points can be used to enter monthly raffles for real-world rewards like gift cards.

You can earn points once per day per action:

• Save an idea – 100 points
• Add an idea – 100 points
• Open the app – 100 points
• Update preferences – 100 points
• Connect with a partner – 100 points
• Invite a friend – 500 points
• Subscribe – 100 points

You may not receive additional points for repeating the same action multiple times per day. Points may be reset or removed if we detect abuse.

Using Points

Points can currently be used to enter our monthly raffle system. Each raffle offers the chance to win a digital gift card. Entry costs and raffle rules may vary. Additional ways to use points may be introduced in future updates.

Free vs. Premium Access

Sage offers both free and premium membership tiers.

Free Users:

• View 5 ideas at a time in the feed
• Cannot search the idea library
• Cannot save ideas for later
• Limited access to chatbot responses and new features

Premium Users ($6.99/month or $67.99/year):

• Unlimited idea feed
• Full search functionality
• Save favorite ideas for later
• Enhanced chatbot access and weekly personalized idea emails
• Exclusive features and faster app updates

Users can upgrade to Premium at any time within the app.

Encouraged Behavior

To keep the community positive and helpful, we encourage users to:

• Add thoughtful and creative ideas
• Engage in features like updating preferences or connecting with a partner
• Invite others to join Sage
• Report bugs or abusive content so we can improve the experience for everyone

Prohibited Behavior

You may not:

• Submit adult, violent, or illegal content
• Spam or exploit app features
• Attempt to manipulate the point system or raffle entries
• Use bots or automation to interact with the app
• Harass, impersonate, or deceive others

Account Review and Enforcement

Cablelytics Labs LLC reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity, remove points, or suspend accounts that violate these standards. These actions are taken to maintain fairness, safety, and trust within the Sage community.
